Ding-Fu Shao
Ding-Fu Shao (邵定夫) is a Professor at Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research is focused on computational materials science aiming at the understanding of fundamental properties of quantum materials. Recent interests include the symmetry related properties in antiferroic (antiferromagnetic and antiferroelectric) materials and their applications in electronic and spintronic devices.
